The ICMA Retirement Corporation and the VantageTrust Corporation provide plan administration services and sponsor investment options for deferred compensation plans, qualified retirement plans, and retirement health savings plans sponsored by Public Employers for their employees. These plans are established under Section 457, 401 of the Internal Revenue Code. In addition, investment options are made available to retirement plans sponsored by both public and private sector employers on a Defined Contribution Investment Only (DCIO) basis through ICMA-RC Services, LLC (RC Services), a FINRA member. RC Services is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICMA-RC and an affiliate of VantageTrust Company, LLC.
