To provide professional corporate trustee services to sponsors of U.S. defined contribution plans at a reasonable price, allowing smaller employers to offer competitive retirement solutions to their employees.

HISTORY

ADP Retirement Trust Services, LLC (RTS) was formed in 2022 as a wholly owned subsidiary of ADP, Inc. It was granted a charter by the New Hampshire Banking Department in 2023. RTS is a fully insured limited liability corporation. It is regulated by and capitalized in accordance with rules of our regulator.

CLIENTS SERVICED

RTS only offers trustee services to ADP Retirement Services recordkeeping clients.
