The NH Bankers Association is pleased to present our 2024 Women in Banking Conference: Advancing Excellence at Every Stage.

Who should attend:

• All levels of staff at any of NH Bankers member financial institution, trust company or affiliate member interested in career growth.
• In working with our Women in Banking Planning Committee, we also encourage you to invite your key business customers to attend at our member rate.

  •  EJ Kritz, ath Power Consulting, How to attract Gen Z customers and employees
  •  Panel discussion with women leaders at different stages in their career
  •  How to brand yourself, grow your network, and how to be your own advocate
• Charitable giving with a drawing allowing winners to select the charity to receive donations collected
• Networking with other women and allies
• Basket raffle of donated goodies
• Networking social hour featuring beverages and basket raffle

Donate to our basket raffle:
We are encouraging every organization to donate one themed basket ($50 - $250 in value, think Tuscan Kitchen, The 19^th Hole, Readers Delight, etc.) that we can raffle off to attendees during the social hour.  Feel free to reach out to your business customers to see if they would like to contribute any items for your basket. 

Please let Betsy Beaulac know by April 16 if you are bringing a basket and your theme.

Bring a non-perishable item for our charitable giveaway:
Please bring a non-perishable item to the event. We will draw for a bank to take the donated items to their local food pantry. For those attending hybrid, we encourage you to bring an item to your location for a donation to your local food pantry.

Multiple sponsorships will be accepted.

Registrants who choose to switch from in-person to hybrid will incur a $50 fee.

NH Bankers Cancellation Policy
Registrations may be canceled prior to April 16, 2024 by notifying the NH Bankers office at (603) 224-5373. Refunds are subject to a $50 per person fee. Any cancellations received after April 16 are not refundable but are transferable to another individual from your bank who wishes to attend this conference. All registrations received by email or online are subject to this policy. 

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NH Bankers meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant for use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by NH Bankers Association.
