(Rates are based on single or double occupancy, additional adults are $25 per adult, per night added onto the rate.)

All guestroom reservations must be made prior to Monday, April 13, 2026.

Accommodations are available for check-in after 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in possible based on room availability. Checkout time is 11:00 am on the day of departure. Late checkouts may be subject to an additional night charge. Luggage storage is available for guests arriving before check-in time or departing after check-out time.

CANCELLATIONS
Registrations may be canceled prior to noon on Friday, April 10, 2026 by notifying the VBA office at (802) 229-0341. Refunds are subject to a $75.00 per person service charge. Any cancellations received after noon on April 10th are not refundable, but are transferable to another individual from your bank/firm who wishes to attend this conference. All registrations received by email are subject to this policy.
