The New Hampshire Bankers Association, in partnership with the Vermont Bankers Association, Inc., will host our annual Fall Compliance Conference on November 18, 2026.

Join us for:

• Updates on third-party risk management and evolving regulatory expectations
• A review of E-SIGN compliance requirements and common program gaps
• Regulation O — a practical refresher on insider lending requirements and common compliance pitfalls
• AI, Cybersecurity, and Compliance — Emerging risks, AI governance, data privacy and regulatory considerations for financial institutions.
• 2026 NACHA Operating Rules changes, including fraud monitoring requirements, return codes and funds availability
• Time for networking and discussion with fellow compliance professionals

The workshop will also provide practical strategies and takeaways to help compliance professionals strengthen their programs, manage evolving regulatory expectations and prepare for upcoming changes.

NH Bankers Cancellation Policy
Registrations may be canceled prior to November 10, 2026 by notifying the NH Bankers office at (603) 224-5373. Refunds are subject to a $50 per person fee. Any cancellations received after November 10 are not refundable but are transferable to another individual from your bank who wishes to attend this conference. All registrations received by email or online are subject to this policy.
