Brought to you by Washington Bankers Association, NH Bankers is pleased to join 16 additional state bankers associations to present the Credit Analyst Development Program (CADP) virtually September - November, 2026.

The CADP takes bankers beyond the basics, developing practical, job-ready skills to assess creditworthiness and support successful lending.

Participants will:

• Analyze financial statements and tax returns with confidence
• Apply ratio analysis techniques to real-world lending scenarios
• Build, document, and monitor strong commercial loans
• Understand C&I and CRE lending fundamentals

Whether new to credit or preparing for a commercial lending role, CADP builds the technical and analytical foundation every banker needs to advance.

This year’s program has been updated and streamlined — now featuring one instructor for all sessions for a consistent, engaging learning experience. Students will gain practical skills in financial statement analysis, tax return interpretation, loan structuring, documentation, and compliance.

Who should attend:

The Credit Analyst Development Program is designed for Credit Analysts, Credit Officers, Credit Administrators, Commercial Loan Officers/Managers, Loan Review Officers, Branch Managers and Management Trainees. 

In order to obtain the greatest benefit from this course, participants should have a general understanding of Accounting and have a basic understanding of financial statement and credit analysis.
