NH Bankers and Vermont Bankers Associations present the 2025 Bank Secrecy Act Workshop virtually via Zoom.

This workshop is designed to cover topics specific to the day-to-day responsibilities of the BSA Officer. You will learn what is changing in the industry related to our standard practices that will impact how you manage customer risk and investigations moving forward. We will cover areas needed to provide you a good understanding of your roles and responsibilities and what examiner expectations are of this position.

 Topics include:

• 2025 BSA Technical Toolbox & Emerging Issues/Trends
  • NPRM and AML/CFT Risk Assessment
  • SAR or No SAR?
  • Recordkeeping and Retention
  • ASM Management
  • Customer Risk Rating

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registrations may be canceled prior to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 25th by notifying the VT Bankers office at (802) 229-0341 or email vtbanker@sover.net. Refunds are subject to a $50.00 per person service charge. Any cancellations received after April 25th are not refundable but are transferable to another individual from your bank/firm who wishes to attend this workshop. All registrations received by fax are subject to this policy.
