The agency works with a wide network of partners throughout New Hampshire and primarily through four programmatic f unctions: Access to Capital.Business Financing; Entrepreneurial Development (Education, Information, Technical Assistance & Training); Government Contracting (Federal Procurement); and Advocacy/Voice for Small Business.
